All certifications are valid for 3 years. Maintain your credential through continuous practice.

Important Notes
- Coach Track (Levels 1–3) requires annual teaching hour logs verified by gym owner or team director.
- Mentor Track (Levels 4–5) requires official documentation of professional team leadership (minimum 1 season / 1 year).
- A 1-year minimum gap between levels is mandatory. You may not test for the next level until 12 months after your previous certification date.
- Grace period: 6 months after expiry for renewal without re-testing. Beyond 6 months, full re-certification is required.
