Training is not an extreme sport. Every assessment, every exercise prescription, every intensity adjustment exists within clear boundaries: the safety boundaries of the body, and the professional scope of the coach. When we release unnecessary tension — when antagonist muscles stop fighting the movement — power travels cleanly from the ground to the fist.
