Mentor
Develop mentors who can independently train and assess Boxing Technical Experts and Boxing Functional & Rehabilitation Experts, lead coaching workshops and continuing education courses. Modeled on the role of a university lecturer.
An excellent coach is not necessarily an excellent teacher. This level addresses the question: How do you effectively transfer your knowledge and experience to other coaches?
Why This Level Is Essential
Being an outstanding coach does not automatically make you an outstanding educator. This level addresses a critical gap: How do you effectively transfer your knowledge and experience to other coaches?
After completing this level, you will be able to independently train and assess Level 1 and Level 2 coaches, and design and host professional coaching workshops. This is the transition from coach to coach of coaches.
Real-world performance is the only measure that matters. You will face real trainees in a real training classroom and receive authentic teaching feedback — this is where growth happens.
