Why This Level Is the Foundation
Without a standardized, technically sound framework in place, coaching others is like building a house without blueprints. This level makes you a living textbook — able to see, perform, and teach the most correct boxing technique.
You will learn to independently teach boxing fundamentals to zero-experience students, identify and correct common errors, and use core teaching analogies to help students intuitively understand power generation principles.
